Job Role: Help Desk Specialist Location: Abu Dhabi Role Summary: To provide exceptional customer service and support in a dynamic banking environment.Main Responsibilities: The following are the key tasks associated with this role: Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional handling of queries and concerns.Executing daily tasks, including recording and processing customer instructions from various channels.Assisting customers with general inquiries regarding banking products and services, and directing them to relevant service areas.Performing administrative duties, such as preparing correspondence, filing, and maintaining accurate records.Delivering banking products and services to customers, including cheque books, ATM cards, and other related items.Coordinating and resolving issues related to captured card transactions and other customer complaints.Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Strong knowledge of retail and institutional banking products and services.Comprehensive understanding of ADIB's operational policies and procedures.Familiarity with UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.Thorough knowledge of Central Bank regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively in a team environment.Requirements: The following requirements must be met by the successful candidate: Unclear seniority, but with experience in a similar role.
