Job Description We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines.Keep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross-contamination.Prepare mis-en-place for all relevant menus.Assist in providing timely and efficient responses to guest queries.Ensure foodstuffs are of good quality and stored correctly.Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and achieving departmental and financial targets.Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships.Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues.Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health, safety, and food safety legislation.Be aware of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.Maintain environmental awareness.Requirements NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently or in a team About Hilton Hilton is a global hospitality company offering a range of accommodations from luxurious hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation Cleanliness and Safety Guest Services Teamwork and Communication Working at Hilton Hilton values its Team Members and provides opportunities for growth and development.
