Premium Beachside Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beachfront bar. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.The successful candidate will lead, mentor and manage a team of bartenders to maintain a motivated, professional and guest-focused environment. They will also develop and maintain a diverse and innovative beverage menu, including signature cocktails aligned with our premium beachside experience.Key responsibilities will include: Ensuring a consistently high standard of service, presentation and guest satisfaction Leading, mentoring and managing the bar team Developing and maintaining a diverse and innovative beverage menu Maintaining a vibrant and engaging atmosphere throughout all operating hours Monitoring and managing stock levels, inventory controls, ordering and cost management to support operational efficiency and profitability The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident presence Substantial experience in premium hospitality environments, preferably within luxury resorts or high-end bar operations Proven leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach In-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, spirits and bar operations A balanced combination of creativity and professionalism We offer a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits designed to help you live your best work life, including impressive room discounts and top-notch training.
