Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service and store performance.About the Role This role involves managing a team of store associates to ensure high customer service standards, scheduling staff shifts, and handling payroll administration.The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations management, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to driving sales and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Store Operations Management: Oversee daily supermarket operations ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.Maintain stock levels, monitor inventory, and ensure timely reordering of products.Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.Staff Management and Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of store associates.Schedule staff shifts, ensure proper staffing levels, and handle payroll administration.Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and resolve employee-related issues.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer experience by overseeing customer service practices.Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales and Profitability: Drive store sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding sales targets.Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.Monitor financial performance, control costs, and operate within budget.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.Conduct regular audits and implement safety protocols.Ensure store compliance with UAE laws and retail regulations.Stock and Product Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of store products, especially UAE-specific goods and local brands.Manage product displays, signage, and shelf arrangements to maximize sales.Requirements Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Operations Manager or Assistant Manager in a supermarket or retail environment.Familiarity with UAE products and local market trends is essential.Proven track record of managing staff and driving store performance.Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.Sound understanding of retail operations and inventory management.Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.Age: Candidates below 40 years are preferred.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management or a related field (preferred).Additional Information No banned nationalities candidates.Candidates with canceled visas or working visas already in UAE are acceptable.Candidates with degrees from banned nationalities are also acceptable.Candidates with a visit visa are not acceptable.
