They offer premium services and currently expanding their Dubai team, looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to join their team.Develop sales for commercial real estate, office and serviced office market Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, site inspections to signing new business.Engage with prospective and existing clients.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.Engage with key introducers, brokers and licencing authority.Create and implement pre-opening marketing plan with your peers and leadership team.Actively participate in networking events and functions About 3-5 years of sales experience selling Corporate Workplace solutions, Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality Sales (B2B)Network in commercial real estate, office and serviced office market (preferably but not a pre-requisite) is a plus Good written and spoken communication to engage with prospective and existing clients.Ability to meet and overachieve targets#J-18808-Ljbffr
