Operations Excellence Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Operations Excellence Specialist to join our team.This role is responsible for building new business from the ground up, working closely with vendors and internal teams to improve operational performance metrics and enhance vendor performance.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and execution skills, with the ability to handle daily operations and drive process improvements and automation. They will be detail-oriented, with excellent accuracy in data handling and reporting, and possess a passion for business development and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Assist vendors in becoming proficient with Amazon tools and provide ongoing operational support Provide training on catalog content population and procurement processes Interact directly with vendors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve performance Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in stakeholder meetings Collaborate with internal teams to enhance vendor performance and operational metrics Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
