As a Security Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of property assets, employees, guests, and preventing accidents and fires.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security/loss prevention or a related field, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or a related major with 1 year of experience.Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing emergency procedures to ensure timely response and effective protection of people and property.Investigate losses and recommend follow-up actions to prevent future breaches.Deploy security staff to monitor and protect property assets, and comply with all security, safety, and management guidelines.Complete documentation and report all incidents to relevant authorities.Conduct periodic patrols of the property and parking areas to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.Key Skills: Familiarity with local law enforcement procedures and protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate team members.Able to analyze information, evaluate results, and develop solutions to solve problems effectively.Ability to provide guidance on health and safety policies and standards, and coordinate VIP escorts and media control for large events.Benefits: This role offers opportunities for growth and development, as well as competitive benefits and compensation packages.
