The school, located in Ras Al Khaimah, caters to approximately 1000 students, primarily local Arabic speakers. The staff is diverse, with both Arabic and expatriate members, and the school is committed to elevating its standards.The successful candidate will be an effective leader who leads by example, fosters teamwork, and aims to enhance academic standards. The school offers significant growth potential and requires a leader with a "firm but fair" approach, capable of developing a strong internal team.Requirements to Apply Must hold a degree in education or a Bachelor's with a valid state teaching license An M.Ed, NPQH, or Principal license is highly desirable At least 5 years of solid management experience with stable career progression Western-trained Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential Excellent command of written and spoken English Experience leading a school in the GCC is highly desirable The candidate should have experience implementing positive change smoothly, without disrupting the current environment, and should be familiar with managing budgets, timetables, recruitment, policies, school improvement, teaching and learning, staff training, change management, and inspections.
