Senior Pharmacy Informatics Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of healthcare technology solutions.About the Role: The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist will utilize their expertise in healthcare business and technology to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their clinical processes, and advising on the best fit solutions to drive maximum benefits.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to understand their clinical processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement effective technology solutions to meet customer needs.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product developments and advancements in healthcare technology.Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clinicians and technical teams.Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require: A minimum of 3 years experience working in a healthcare environment, with a good understanding of clinical processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and deliver presentations.Experience interacting directly with customers, including clinicians, and confidently delivering strong messaging.At least a basic understanding of EMR systems and hospital information patient administration (PAS) and clinical information systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined team.Desirable Skills: While not essential, it is desirable that you have: Experience communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organizations.Knowledge of IT services in a customer-facing setting.Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist.Good computer skills, including proficiency in software testing.Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
