Job Summary: An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.Main Responsibilities: Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.Evaluate guest feedback, monitor trends for continuous improvement, and implement changes accordingly.Manage departmental resources, including budgets, stock, and cost controls.Set targets, work schedules, and policies to drive team performance and efficiency.Inspect fixtures, fittings, and appliances to maintain standards compliance.Maintain open communication within hotel departments and with external partners.Requirements: Experience in housekeeping/laundry within the hotel or leisure sector in a managerial or supervisory role.A proven track record of managing large teams and driving results.A high school diploma or equivalent.Strong commercial awareness, cost control skills, and ability to manage Profit & Loss statements.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations.Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.Strong organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.What We Offer: Hilton offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for career growth, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences worldwide.
