Sales and Technical Support Role Are you looking to gain valuable experience in sales and technical support? This role is perfect for someone who wants to kick-start their career in a dynamic environment.We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Support Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams to drive sales growth, support customers, and contribute to exciting product launches.You will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities, collaborating with the logistics team to achieve monthly targets, and assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing and organizing documents for the sales team.In addition, you will pay attention to details, identify recurring customer issues, and report them for resolution.You will also help generate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and provide support with value engineering and design.Furthermore, you will work closely with consultants to register our fire safety products on their approved vendor lists.Key Responsibilities Support Sales and Marketing Activities: Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative support and coordinating logistics efforts.Collaborate with Logistics Team: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.Assist with Administrative Tasks: Prepare and organize documents for the sales team, including reports, presentations, and other materials.Promote Customer Satisfaction: Identify recurring customer issues and report them for resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.Generate BOQs: Help generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assist with value engineering and design.Vendor Registration: Work closely with consultants to register our fire safety products on their approved vendor lists.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A background in Electronics Engineering or a related field.Strong interest in sales support, marketing, and logistics coordination.Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).Why Choose Us?We offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment where discretion, adaptability, and strategic thinking are key.
