The Role of OTP Driver Team Leader Main Responsibilities: OTP driving competent staff must be efficiently managed to provide OTP / EV movements.Perform Competence Assessments of all OTP driving competent staff as per Competency Management System standards.A key training instructor role is required for OTP / EV driving personnel.Control movement and stop any on-track vehicles using verbal communications, hand signals, and horn controls.Respond to abnormal working conditions and identify faults and failures in OTP / EV and related onboard equipment.In addition, the team leader will oversee the management of E&M staff to ensure safe and reliable driving practices.
