Senior Network Operations Director

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our Network Operations Center (NOC) team.Key Responsibilities: Manage ITIL-based NOC operations and team development: Plan, execute, and monitor daily NOC activities;Lead the training and development of team members;Oversee network infrastructure, protocols, and device monitoring: Analyze network performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement;Develop strategies to optimize network efficiency;Lead incident management with tools like Solar Winds, Nagios, or Zabbix: Identify and troubleshoot system issues in real-time;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently;Required Qualifications: At least 10+ years of experience in network operations with 5 years in a managerial role: Extensive knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and systems;Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams;Extensive networking knowledge and proficiency with advanced tools: Familiarity with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies;Ability to analyze complex data sets to drive business decisions;Proven leadership skills and certifications like CCNP, ITIL: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders;Strategic thinking to prioritize projects and allocate resources efficiently;
