Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized intern to support our team in developing, updating, and maintaining process documents, policies, and various operational tasks as well as talent management initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in process improvement, documentation, operations, and talent management.Responsibilities Assist in developing and updating process documents: work closely with the HR Business Partner to create, review, and refine process documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.Conduct research and gather information to inform process documents and policies.Maintain policy repository: organize and maintain a centralized repository of policies and procedures.Collaborate with stakeholders: work with various stakeholders to gather feedback and input on process documents and policies.Ensure compliance: familiarize yourself with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring that process documents and policies align with these requirements.Assist in payroll tasks: support payroll-related tasks such as data entry, record‑keeping, and reporting.Support internal communication: assist in creating and disseminating internal communications, such as company‑wide announcements, newsletters, or other materials.Assist in analytics: support data analysis and reporting tasks, including data collection, visualization, and insights generation.Support talent management initiatives: Track employee training and development programs.Maintain employee records and databases.Assist in performance management processes.Support recruitment efforts (e.g., scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications).Requirements Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently.Experience in updating process documents.Data analysis and insights.Physical presence required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
