Principal Java Software Engineer

Software Development Opportunity Dicetek LLC is seeking a skilled software engineer to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.We are looking for an expert in writing well-designed, testable, efficient Java code and tests (unit and integration).A strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is required.The ideal candidate will have hands-on deployment experience with AWS, JBOSS, Web Sphere, and Web Logic servers.They should also be proficient in working with databases such as Oracle and DB2.Key Skills and Qualifications8-10 years of proven experience in Java development.Expertise in Java, Spring, JPA, JEE, Struts, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot frameworks.Experience with migration of legacy applications to microservices architecture on AWS Cloud.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Sound experience in writing automated test cases using JUnit, Gherkin, and Cucumber.Profound insight of Java and JEE internals.
