They will be responsible for providing strategic and academic leadership, overseeing curriculum development, and supporting teachers through coaching and feedback.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum that meets National Curriculum for England standards.Model outstanding teaching practices and ensure high standards of achievement.Oversee the creation, assessment policies, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.Coach, mentor, and develop teachers through coaching and feedback.Develop a positive team environment that fosters innovation and reflective practice.Utilize data effectively to identify areas for improvement and support personalized learning.Foster a love of mathematics through enrichment, competitions, and co-curricular initiatives.Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leaders.
