Dynamic Construction Professional

Senior Leadership Position This role requires an accomplished professional with extensive experience in setting up and managing large-scale construction businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic planning, team leadership, and project execution.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive market-entry strategy to drive business growth in Abu Dhabi.Design and deliver annual business plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve strategic objectives.Cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets through proactive networking and relationship-building.Represent the organization at the highest level with clients, investors, and government authorities.Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and at the highest standards of quality.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.Master's degree in Business Administration and/or Project Management is highly desirable.Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, Chartered Engineer, or Lean Construction are advantageous.No less than 10-20 years of experience in the construction/contracting sector, including at least 5-7 years in a senior management role.Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, building codes, safety standards, and contractual frameworks.Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
