Job Title: Head of Government Relations We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our government relations efforts and enhance business value by positioning the organization within government and society in Africa.Main Responsibilities: Deliver policy, country, and stakeholder analysis and engagement plans to develop regional strategies.Anticipate policy change and identify threats to the business.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure synergy and share best practices.Advising on cultural nuances and mitigating risks ensuring compliance of government and ethical standards.Requirements: 12 years' experience in strategic consulting, analytical, business, government/diplomatic, and Government Relations or Public Affairs roles.Strong analytical skills and extensive political networks throughout African countries.Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent command of English.Advanced level French.About the Role: Develop local resources in-region to support delivery of business objectives.Key responsibilities include delivering policy, country, and stakeholder analysis and engagement plans.
