Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Technical Engineer to join our team in Dubai for an exciting fieldwork opportunity.The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying and supporting HPE and Dell server infrastructures at customer sites, as well as excellent communication and customer handling skills.Key Responsibilities: Deploy and support HPE and Dell server infrastructures at customer premises.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service skills.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer handling skills.Preferred Skills: Hardware certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+).Work Environment: Fieldwork at customer locations.
