Job Description: The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team. This includes a variety of tasks such as filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.You will be responsible for preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders. Additionally, you will promote brand awareness internally and externally.Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials. Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
