Job Summary Senior Mobile Development Lead We're seeking an exceptional Senior Mobile Development Lead to spearhead the design, development and launch of our flagship mobile applications for both i OS and Android platforms.Strategic Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including prototyping, coding, testing and iteration.Tech Visionary: Define the technical architecture for cross-platform Gen AI products, ensuring scalability, performance and a seamless user experience.AI Integration Specialist: Work closely with our AI/ML team to integrate Generative AI models into the mobile experience, optimizing for performance and usability.Team Growth Strategist: Help build and mentor a world-class mobile engineering team as the company scales.Innovation Driver: Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define and refine product features and functionality.Process Optimizer: Establish best practices for mobile development, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and coding standards.Responsibilities Lead a team of mobile engineers in designing, developing and launching mobile applications.Define and implement the technical architecture for cross-platform Gen AI products.Work closely with the AI/ML team to integrate Generative AI models into the mobile experience.Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define and refine product features and functionality.Establish best practices for mobile development, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and coding standards.Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.Requirements5+ years of experience in mobile application development.Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality mobile applications.Strong understanding of mobile operating systems, including i OS and Android.Experience with Generative AI models and integration.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
