Unified Communications Engineer Role Overview This is a highly skilled and technical role that involves the implementation, optimization, support, troubleshooting and documentation of Unified Communication networks.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Key Responsibilities Implement and optimize Unified Communication networks using Cisco IPT, Mitel IPT and NICE Cxone solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to Corporate and Contact Center end-users on the use and enhancements of Cisco IPT, Mitel IPT and NICE Cxone Nice software solutions.Analyze business requirements and develop customized solutions based on those requirements.Test and troubleshoot issues ensuring they are functioning correctly.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.At least 4 years of experience in support operations of Unified Communication solutions.Strong knowledge of telephony and contact center solutions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Certification in Cisco Collaboration/Contact Center or NICE Cxone (preferably both).Soft Skills Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.Accountability and teamwork.Ability to prioritize under pressure and respond within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.Benefits This role offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for the right candidate with a passion for technology and customer service.
