Job Overview This tech-for-good startup is building an AI-powered product within the Fintech world to help people manage their money.They're passionate about technology and place it at the heart of everything they do.The founders are extremely talented and have built one of the best products in the industry.Key Responsibilities You'll be responsible for: Leading a team to drive data strategy, analytics, and ML initiatives across the business.Partnering with Product and Engineering to build a world-class technology division.Building a modern data stack for scalable and reliable insights.Requirements We're looking for someone with: 8+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics, preferably with leadership experience.A strong background in Fin Tech, BNPL, or Payments would be advantageous.Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).Arabic speakers are highly valued.Benefits This full-time role is based in Dubai and requires relocation.
