Digital Platforms Business Analyst

My client is seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the continuous improvement and security of their online presence. What You'll Be Doing Be a Bridge-Builder: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for a portfolio of websites (focus on Word Press / Adobe Experience Manager). You'll design solutions and enhancements that keep these platforms running smoothly. Champion Security: Work alongside the internal security team to ensure websites are robust and free from vulnerabilities, maintaining full compliance with all security requirements. Drive Strategic Improvements: You'll conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Using data‑driven insights, you'll recommend and implement enhancements that contribute to overall business goals. Manage the Lifecycle: From drafting comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives to providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for website‑related issues, you'll ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption. Support & Collaborate: Partner with marketing teams to maintain and enhance existing platforms. You'll also work with third‑party agencies to ensure they meet hosting criteria and with other technology functions to develop new application standards. The successful candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask without losing focus. A solid understanding of the Word Press technology stack is required, especially with multisite capabilities. Experience with Azure Dev Ops Boards or a similar tool is also necessary. Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the Adobe stack is a plus, but training will be provided.
