What You'll Do: You'll be reporting directly to the CEO and be responsible for: Leading and growing the data team from scratch. Driving data strategy, analytics, and ML initiatives across the business. Partnering with Product and Engineering to build a "best in class" technology division. Building a modern data stack for scalable and reliable insights. What We're Looking For: 8+ years in Data Science or Analytics, with leadership experience . A background in Fin Tech, BNPL or Payments would be a huge plus. Alternatively, if you've been part of a business that grew from startup to scale‑up this also works. Strong Python, SQL, and cloud (GCP/AWS) skills – we need someone who's still happy to be hands‑on. Arabic speakers are at an advantage.
