Accountant

Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading name in the consumer goods industry, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dedicated finance team. The Accountant will play a vital role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial audits. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth auditing processes. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections. Support in cash flow management and forecasting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with preferable experience in the consumer goods industry. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
