Retail Operations Manager

Job Title: Boutique Manager Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a luxury boutique. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards.This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills and Qualifications: A university or technical certificate is required.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management is preferred.Experience in fashion, especially Ready-to-Wear and Haute Couture, is highly desirable.Responsibilities: Lead sales activities, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to clients.Build and maintain a high-value client database for ongoing engagement and marketing.Schedule and conduct client appointments, including fittings and collection previews.Ensure accurate Sales Order booking and Sale invoices.Oversee merchandise reception, ensuring alignment with purchase orders in the system, manage inventory control, and handle seasonal product ordering and replenishment.Manage email communications and respond to client inquiries promptly.Monitor and report on daily sales, client visits, and conversion rates.Supervise and mentor boutique staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Prepare and manage employee schedules and shift rotations.Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance.Support staff development through coaching and training.Submit regular reports on boutique performance, client feedback, and operational needs.Coordinate with headquarters on product availability, marketing initiatives, and logistics.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Oversee boutique maintenance and ensure timely resolution of any issues.Follow up on local and international deliveries to ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications University or Technical Certificate Required.Minimum 7-10 Years of Experience in Luxury Retail or Boutique Management.Desirable: Experience in Fashion, Especially Ready-to-Wear and Haute Couture.If you have the necessary qualifications and experience, please submit your application.
