Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital media campaigns. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns across all platforms, including analytics reporting and delivery.Key Responsibilities Ensure timely execution of all tasks related to ad operations, including trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns.Handle the implementation, scheduling, and rotation of ads within online advertising and social media campaigns.Track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance.Measure and optimize campaigns using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics 4, and marketing analytics reports against delivery and KPI objectives.Liaise with internal teams to discuss campaign setup, tracking, and maintenance communications.Requirements The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising, and more. They will be target and KPI obsessed, with a strong analytical and critical thinking ability.They will also possess excellent communication, optimization, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.A minimum of three years of experience executing or supporting growth/acquisition digital marketing campaigns in an Ad Operations role or ad publishing and campaign management.BA/BS or equivalent working experience.High level of proficiency with DFP and other ad ops core technologies.Experience using GA4, Meta, Zoho, and marketing analytics reports against delivery and KPI objectives.Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with an exceptional eye for detail and organizational skills.Competencies Deadline-oriented, with excellent documentation skills to ensure seamless delivery across multiple campaigns.Ability to reduce costs for ad delivery.Seasoned client liaison skills, including project management and conflict resolution.Overall accountability for planning, forecasting, delivery, and growth of profitable publisher campaigns.
