Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Emirati Trainer with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related technologies to join our client training and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, interactive training programs on AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies. This role involves both instructional design and hands-on delivery, ensuring participants acquire practical skills and achieve learning objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions focused on AI and emerging technologies. Facilitate hands‑on workshops, labs, and real‑world project simulations. Create comprehensive training materials, manuals, and assessments tailored to various learner levels. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning. Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in AI and related fields. Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with organizational goals and client needs. Requirements Valid Family Book. Certified professional trainer with recognized credentials (e.g., TOT, CTP, or equivalent). Strong technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies. Proven experience delivering technical training in corporate, government, or academic environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to effectively engage and motivate diverse learner groups.
