Nursery Lead - Education and Development We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our nursery education and development efforts, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for young children.Develop and implement curriculum frameworks aligned with EYFS or Creative Curriculum and UAE National Identity standards.Collaborate with senior directors to evaluate and improve classroom practices in early years settings.Liaise with educators to provide training and professional development opportunities, promoting best teaching practices.Maintain curriculum effectiveness through regular monitoring and evaluation.The ideal candidate has: A bachelor's degree in early childhood development or education (QFE 7).At least 6 years of experience in approved curriculum implementation for EEI (EYFS or Creative Curriculum).Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and UAE goals for early years education.Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English (IELTS 6+ preferred).Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and integrity.Key responsibilities will include leading educational initiatives, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.Apply now to become part of our team and help shape the future of education.
