This opportunity sits within a dynamic Banking & Finance team, led by a senior partner who oversees the firm's operations across the Middle East.Our team is renowned for its expertise in banking, structured finance, and corporate transactions, regularly advising on high-value, cross-border deals. It is consistently ranked in leading legal directories for its technical excellence and commercial insight.Key Responsibilities: Advise international and regional banks on lender-side financing matters.Represent funds and corporates on the borrower-side transactions.Support joint ventures, pre-IPO structuring, and private equity deals (acquisitions and disposals).Collaborate within a team that prioritises precision, innovation, and strategic thinking.Candidate Requirements: 5–7 years PQE from a Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g., England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada).Strong foundation in Banking & Finance law.Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness.Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
