Early Years Centre Manager The Early Years Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day academic and operational functions of the centre.Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality early years education.Develop and deliver a balanced curriculum underpinned by developmentally appropriate play-based activities enriched by Accelerated Learning programmes.Maintain premises at the highest quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education, a comprehensive knowledge of childcare requirements and regulations, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
