Building Management System Specialist

System Design Expert The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete estimation and design for building management systems, including preparing compliance statements, technical material submittals, and prequalification documents for consultant approval.Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical or Fire Safety is required.Desirable Experience2-4 years of experience in Building Management Systems in an engineering/construction company is preferred.Essential Skills In-depth technical knowledge about BMS/IBMS and metering solutions is essential.Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Vision, Star Draw, and Sketch Up is required.Excellent knowledge of UAE Fire Codes and NFPA requirements is necessary.Extensive experience in preparing technical compliance, responding to consultant comments, and engineering calculations (lux level calculation, battery calculation, voltage drop calculation, aspire calculation, heat dissipation calculation, SPL/STI calculation, etc.) is a plus.Expertise in Microsoft Office tools is essential.
