Chief Financial Operations Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee the cost management of our projects, ensuring they are completed within scope and on schedule.Main Responsibilities To develop and maintain project financial plans, including expense forecasts and actual costs.To monitor project expenses and identify any variances from the budget.To collaborate with project managers to ensure all costs are accurately tracked and reported.To analyze project data and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project financial performance.To identify potential cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to cost control.To work closely with procurement and finance teams to manage vendor contracts and invoices.To participate in project planning and contribute to cost-related matters.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the construction industry.A strong understanding of project management methodologies and cost control principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial management software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership and team management experience.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
