Security Systems Specialist

Job Description As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing security systems projects. Your role involves daily monitoring of fault logs and performing immediate fault identification.Monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality and take corrective action as necessary.Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, IT teams, facilities managers, and site resources, to resolve faults efficiently.Conducting root cause analysis and reporting on fault resolution.Identifying recurring issues and recommending remedial actions to prevent future occurrences.You will also be responsible for completing records of all faults and maintaining system documentation.Key Responsibilities: Maintaining system software up-to-date by applying firmware updates and security patches.Ensuring end-user passwords and security protocols are in place and adhered to.Providing advice to clients on enhancements and additional functionality offered by new firmware upgrades.Delivering end-user refresher training as requested or required by the client.Benefits This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge security systems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
