Job Title The Application Support Specialist role involves application production support within the ITIL Framework, troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance, performance tuning and optimization, resolving tickets with quality and within SLA, proactive monitoring and incident analysis, workflow maintenance and configuration, handling interface-related issues, and understanding middleware systems.Key Responsibilities Application production support within the ITIL Framework.Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.Application performance tuning and optimization.Resolving tickets with quality and within SLA.Proactive monitoring and incident analysis.Workflow maintenance and configuration.Handling interface-related issues and understanding middleware systems.Required Skills Good knowledge of Java-based applications.Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture.Knowledge of Siebel Administration, Workflow Configuration, EAI, and Siebel Tools.Hands-on experience with Siebel EIM Module.Experience with Unix Commands.Proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.Additional Advantage Experience in OBIEE, Informatica & DAC is a plus.
