Global Sales Leader - Export The Export Lead role involves leading international markets, distributor networks, and multi-million USD export portfolios.This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in B2B business, sales forecasting, market expansions, and distribution management.A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large export portfolios, developing and implementing export sales strategies, and building relationships with international buyers and cross-functional teams.Responsibilities: Lead international markets and distributor networks to drive exports.Develop and implement export sales strategies and budgeting processes.Manage market spendings (trade activations) and drive distribution KPIs.Build and maintain distributor / stockist networks across Asia and Africa.Travel internationally as required to export markets.Qualifications & Experience: Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle.Strong knowledge of market expansions, NPDs, new product launches, JBP, distribution management/KPIs, and channel management.Proficient in MS tools and reporting systems.Experience working with multinational teams and diverse cultures.Background in dealing with GM and director levels.Strong financial planning and analytical skills.Benefits: Candidate should be willing to travel internationally as required.PREFERRED LOCATION: Dubai.
