This role is essential for ensuring robust network security and operational continuity.Detailed Job Description As a Shift Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and securing enterprise network infrastructure. You will work on disaster recovery planning, firewall configurations, and incident response while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliance and performance standards. This position offers exposure to advanced security technologies and multi‑vendor environments.Key Responsibilities Manage network administration and ensure operational stability.Implement and maintain disaster recovery (DR) strategies.Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching.Administer firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) and enforce security policies.Monitor network security and respond to incidents promptly.Support data center operations and infrastructure management.Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in network security and administration.Strong expertise in Cisco routing & switching and firewall management.Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto security policies and configurations.Knowledge of data center operations and network security monitoring.Certifications: CCNP or CCNA Security Palo Alto PCNSEAWS Solutions Architect (preferred)Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Fortinet and multi‑vendor security platforms.Familiarity with automation tools for network security.Strong troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.Recruitment Pro Tip Highlight your certifications (CCNP, PCNSE) and include examples of firewall management and incident response projects in your CV.
