Chief Engineering Strategist

Job Overview We are seeking an Engineering Lead to spearhead end-to-end delivery from conceptualization and coding to deployment and operational excellence.This role is ideal for a senior engineer or tech lead who thrives in fast-paced environments, can optimize complex deployment pipelines, and wants to lead and mentor a growing engineering team.The successful candidate will ensure swift, reliable, and secure delivery across our platform while enabling scalable growth.Expertise in Java / Spring Boot, React.js, React Native, Flutter.Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD (Jenkins/Git Hub/GHA), and deployment automation.Familiarity with Sonar Qube, Selenium, Terraform, and Camunda.Experience delivering integration-heavy banking systems or regulated fintech platforms.Strong understanding of core banking workflows, API connectivity, and B2B banking infrastructure.Proven ability to lead hands-on teams, manage delivery pipelines, and scale engineering processes.Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services.
