Infrastructure Program Manager Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs involving cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions.The successful candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, and governance structures.Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of major IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business units, vendors, and technology teams to ensure project success.Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain robust project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management frameworks, executive reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards.Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external), ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and delivery partners.Budget & Resource Management: Own project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery.Change Management: Drive organizational change associated with infrastructure transformation, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
