Oracle Consulting Apps / Tech Architect (UAE)Oracle Consulting seeks an experienced professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. The role requires independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.Responsibilities Lead a project team in delivering Oracle Cloud or On‑Prem technology solutions to customers of varying sizes.Manage all project resources, including subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration.Provide day‑to‑day direction to the project team and deliver regular status updates to the customer.Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high‑quality integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.Act as team lead on projects, coaching, guiding, and giving feedback to develop team members' skills.Consult with customer management and participate in business development activities.Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.Qualifications10+ years of relevant experience, with 6–8 years in consulting roles (3–4 years of consulting experience preferred).Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.Product or technical expertise relevant to Oracle consulting practice.Experience managing full life‑cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On‑Prem complex projects.Strong analytical, time‑management, and remote‑team collaboration skills.Fluency in English and/or French, Arabic mother tongue (preferred).Certification in project‑management methodology required; Scrum Master certification is an advantage.Significant C‑level presentation experience and ability to balance independent investigation/troubleshooting.Self‑starter, confident, driven, with strong organizational skills.International and cross‑cultural project‑management experience.Ability to travel to the Middle East as needed.What We Offer A competitive salary with exciting benefits.Flexible and remote working.Learning and development opportunities.Employee Assistance Program and health benefits.Inclusive culture celebrating diversity.Pre‑Employment Screening All candidates will be required to complete a pre‑employment screening process including identity and employment verification, professional references, education verification, and professional qualifications and memberships (if applicable).Equal Employment Opportunity Oracle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
