Strategic Trading Infrastructure Consultant

We are seeking a Trading Infrastructure Specialist to build the foundation for our trading operations. This role will involve analyzing complex business workflows and translating them into actionable specifications and testable solutions.Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will lead workshops and produce clear documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with our business objectives.They will be responsible for mapping the entire trading lifecycle, including evaluation, purchase, account setup, risk rules, pass/fail logic, funding, scaling, payouts, and support workflows.A key aspect of this role is defining data models, API contracts, and event structures across payment systems, KYC/AML, trading platforms, and internal tools.The specialist will translate complex risk and compliance controls into clear system checks and decision flows.Collaboration with our engineering and product teams will be crucial in prioritizing the backlog, testing, and requirements traceability.The Trading Infrastructure Specialist will develop and execute UAT smoke and regression test cases; log and verify defects with supporting evidence.Maintaining robust process documentation, flowcharts, and system architecture references using Confluence, Jira, and diagramming tools will also be essential.
