Civil Construction Lead – Project Delivery

Position: Construction Manager - Civil We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our clients civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in civil construction and project management. GCC experience is required for this role.Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from conception to completion- Develop project plans and schedules ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards- Coordinate with project team members subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities- Monitor and control project progress identifying and addressing any issues or delays- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on site- Review and approve project designs plans and specifications- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients- Manage project budget including cost estimation tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members motivating and supporting them to achieve project goals- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements and implement best practices to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on civil construction- GCC experience is required- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil construction projects on time and within budget- Strong knowledge of construction methods techniques and materials- Excellent project management organizational and problem-solving skills- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications- Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards and regulations- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team- Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications.If you have a passion for civil construction and possess the necessary skills and experience we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
