Facility Operations Manager Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance.Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs that ensure facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely.Conduct regular assessments to identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and replacements as required.Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.Negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers to obtain the best possible rates.Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs or issues.Our ideal candidate will possess experience in facility management, engineering, or a related field, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential for this role.
