Survey Engineer Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to support our portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery.Key Responsibilities: Cost Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.Client Interface: Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for project development stages.Project Coordination: Coordinate internally with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.Spatial Data Analysis: Provide support in spatial data analysis, planning, and resource estimation for Li DAR, GPR, and 3D scanning projects.Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets.Professional Development: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey technologies, methods, and tools.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.6–7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the surveying or geospatial sector.Demonstrated experience in cost estimation and budgeting.Strong background in surveying equipment and technologies.Experience in pre-qualification processes and dealing with clients and consultants.Proven ability in client acquisition and business development.Hands-on knowledge of 3D Laser Scanning, Li DAR, GPR, Spatial Analysis, and Topographic Surveys.Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related industrial standard tools/software.
