Job Description: The Pediatrics Clinic is seeking a seasoned Nursing Manager to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient-centered care within our established institutional policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to ensure high-quality patient care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and manage resources efficiently Foster professional development and growth among nursing staff Promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in patient care Evaluate and improve nursing practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements: 7+ years of nursing experience in Pediatrics, including 3+ years of managerial experience Strong leadership and management skills Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA)Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities Skills and Qualifications: Ability to speak and write fluently in English Proficient in managing patient care across physical, psychological, and cultural dimensions Strong communication skills to guide and support staff development Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
