Senior Information Security Operations Specialist This senior‑level position combines strategic security architecture design with hands‑on operations across hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments. The role requires deep technical expertise in Azure and Oracle Cloud security, advanced network and application security design, and proven operational experience managing complex security ecosystems.Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Design and implement comprehensive security architectures for hybrid cloud environments.Develop reference architectures for Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, and on‑premises systems.Create network security designs, including segmentation, zero trust, and micro‑segmentation.Design secure application architectures based on defense‑in‑depth principles.Operations & Implementation Implement and manage security controls across Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Configure and monitor cloud‑native tools such as Azure Security Center, Sentinel, and Oracle Cloud Guard.Deploy and maintain CSPM, CWPP, and compliance monitoring solutions.Conduct cloud workload protection, incident investigation, and response.Manage vulnerability assessment and patch management programs.Implement Dev Sec Ops practices, including CI/CD pipeline integration and Ia C security scanning.Administer container security for Docker and Kubernetes.Maintain on‑premises infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and web proxies.Participate in threat hunting, incident response, and forensic investigations.Job Requirements Experience Profile Minimum 7 years of experience in information security operations, security architecture, and cloud security engineering.At least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.Strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security services.Proven experience designing and implementing large‑scale security architectures and controls.In‑depth understanding of security architecture frameworks and zero trust principles.Advanced knowledge of Azure and OCI security capabilities.Strong command of CSPM, CWPP, CASB, SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), and security automation tools.Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Cloud Formation for Ia C.Proficiency in scripting (Power Shell, Python, Bash).Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and related compliance frameworks.Strong background in application, API, and container security.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Ability to operate effectively under pressure in dynamic environments.Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred)Mandatory Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)At least one of the following: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, GIAC (GCIA, GCIH, GCED, GPEN), CKS, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, SABSA, or TOGAF.Preferred Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries Software Development Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
