The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex industry, proven experience in acquiring and managing high-value institutional relationships (including brokerages, hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, and fintech platforms), and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives globally.Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and onboard new institutional clients across global markets Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow institutional revenue Build strong relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, liquidity providers, introducing brokers (IBs), and proprietary trading firms Negotiate commercial agreements and tailor pricing structures based on client potential and volume Coordinate with compliance, dealing, marketing, and legal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and relationship management Represent the company at international expos, financial summits, and networking events Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to refine the institutional growth strategy Prepare regular pipeline, performance, and market intelligence reports for senior management Contribute to product development by gathering feedback from key partners What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions Opportunity to work with a globally licensed broker and award-winning brand Full support from marketing, compliance, and back-office teams Career progression in a fast-growing financial group Participation in international financial events and expos Flexible work model (Hybrid/Remote options depending on region)Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in institutional sales or business development within the Forex/CFD industry Strong network of institutional clients across MENA, Europe, Asia, or LATAMExcellent knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, c Trader), liquidity aggregation, APIs, and FIX protocol Experience with B2B negotiations, pricing, and onboarding institutional partners Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage long-term relationships Understanding of global regulatory environments (ESMA, FCA, Cy SEC, DFSA, FSA Seychelles, etc.)Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Russian) are a plus Entrepreneurial mindset, target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and lead new initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
