Overview Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Sharjah, UAEWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers. This includes overseeing the movement of goods, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Responsibilities Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods Track delivery schedules and update stakeholders on any delays or issues Arrange transportation for goods using various modes such as air, sea, or land Monitor shipment costs and negotiate rates with carriers Prepare necessary documents for customs clearance and biometric passport processing Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws and regulations Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipments Communicate regularly with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status Troubleshoot any logistical issues that may arise during transportation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or logistics management preferred Previous experience in logistics coordination or related field Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations Familiarity with various modes of transportation (air, sea, land)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in English required; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of logistics processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
