Our products help users and builders trade, hold and track digital assets with self-custody, comprehensive security and an intuitive user experience to unlock true crypto ownership potential.Main Responsibilities: We design blockchain product architecture focusing on scalability, security and performance.Smart contract development, auditing and integration within decentralised protocols is led by us.Technical research is conducted and best practices are implemented in blockchain development.Cross-chain interoperability solutions such as swaps and bridges are developed by us.Algorithms are optimised for gas efficiency.CI/CD processes for blockchain development are defined and enforced effectively by us.Security best practices and emerging technologies are monitored.Requirements: 7+ years software development experience, at least 3+ years in blockchain engineering.A deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts and decentralised applications is required.Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain protocols is necessary.Proven leadership and mentoring skills are expected.A strong background in blockchain security and experience with smart contract audits is needed.
